The Board of Directors of The Miami Conservancy District and its Subdistricts will hold a special meeting by teleconference on April 4, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving a report from the General Manager. The Board of Directors will hold an executive session for the purposes of considering the employment of a public employee and for conferences with an attorney for matters that are the subject of pending or imminent court action; as allowed by Ohio Revised Code Sections 121.22(G)(1) and (3) respectively.
