Use MCD Land

MCD often allows others to use its land.

When you have an idea for a project that will be on MCD land, be sure to fill out an Initial Request form. This will allow MCD to make sure the plan is feasible for its existing land uses. We may also be able to direct you to funding sources.

A Land Use Permit is always required to use MCD land. A fee also may be required.
