Fall is a great time for walks and run. Check out these three events being held this weekend on MCD land:

Saturday, Sept. 23
7th Annual Bleeding Disorder Awareness 5K
Sponsored by Southwestern Ohio Hemophilia Foundation
Rice Field and Crains Run Park in Miamisburg
Registration begins at 9 a.m. with the 5K at 10 a.m.

Dayton 5K Heart Walk/Run
Sponsored by the American Heart Association
Fifth Third Field in Dayton
Runners Packet Pick Up from 7:30 to 9 a.m.
Opening Ceremony at 9 a.m.
5K Heart Run or Walk at 9:15 a.m.
