Montgomery County Test Your Well Oct. 25

What’s in your water? Montgomery County residents, bring a well-water sample to the Test Your Well event on Thursday, Oct. 25, and find out.

Have your water tested for nitrates, nitrites and iron levels. It’s free and confidential. The first 50 people also will receive a free and confidential lead, arsenic and manganese analysis.

The event will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at Montgomery County Environmental Lab, 4257 Dryden Road, in Moraine.

The Ohio Water Well Association will be available to answer questions about well drilling and water treatment. Public Health – Dayton & Montgomery County will be available to answer questions about private water systems and water quality.
