MCD headquarters staff working remotely

The MCD headquarters building is currently closed to the public. Office staff members are working remotely. You may contact staff by calling our main number at 937-223-1271 and following the prompts. Staff is checking messages regularly. Our field staff continues to maintain the dams and levees, providing flood protection to the region; and our hydrology team continues collecting streamflow and groundwater data all while observing recommended social distancing guidelines.
