A land use permit is usually required to use MCD land. A fee also may be required.
For complex projects that may involve MCD land, review MCD’s Technical Fact Sheets and complete an Initial Request form early in the planning process. MCD staff can assist with evaluating project feasibility and provide guidance that may save time and money.
Prior approval is needed before implementing a land use. Fill out and submit the appropriate form to Roxanne Farrier, property administrator.
